At the time PPQC has been founded (1986), HACCP system which aims to keep food safety had not been familiar in food industries. PPQC means HACCP system specialized in poultry products. The target of PPQC is protecting FOOD SAFETY, standing on the producer side from the view point of the third party. PPQC had been named by the founder of this institute Hiromitsu Kato DVM., Ph.D.
